Cutting the spaghetti pieces with a hand saw after measuring the length and getting the angles.

Using weights to hold the bridge in place after the cuts were made.  The triangles we made in class helped with making the cuts perfect.

Air Gaps

Be sure to use enough glue to avoid any air pockets inside your bridge.  The bridge is stronger without any air gaps.
